"Emily Jones is knowledgable, strong and conscientious in structural integration. The ten series helped me realign my body and recover from a knee surgery. In every session, she gave me her whole focus and energy. I highly recommend her!"

“I have known Emily for several years. I have always admired and trusted her judgment. This is not only a testament to her amazing bodywork, but also to the amazing person that she is.
After having chronic debilitating knee problems for many years (high school and college sports provoked), I was at a loss. I had tried everything. Physical therapy, yoga, massage, etc... and none of these things worked. I finally convinced myself to go see (what I thought was my last resort) an orthopedic surgeon. This doctor, along with many other professionals, just could not peg what was wrong.
I am an avid athlete, I love to ski, snowboard, run, weight lift, swim, play hockey, hike, etc... and my knee pain was making all of those things close to impossible. There was a moment when both Emily and I were talking, and I was expressing my frustrations with my knee. Emily puts her heart and soul into what she does, and many of our other friends raved about the amazing work that Emily did. When she explained her bodywork process and philosophy, I was intrigued and a little hesitant. I was so nervous that this would have a similar result to everything else that I have tried. It was nothing of the sort. I am so grateful that I went through this process. It truly was a process of healing. Her ten series worked miracles on my body. It not only made my knee pain disappear but it also created space and flexibility within my body that I never thought possible. A year or so later, I reinjured a groin muscle (an injury from when I was younger) snowboarding, I decided to reach out to Emily again. After another quick session, I felt as good as new! I cannot say enough about how amazing she is, and how phenomenal her structural integration work is. When talking with my mother, and playfully asking what she would like for Mother’s Day, she joked, “I want my body to not feel so old, and my knee to stop hurting.” I knew the perfect thing to get her, some structural work with Emily.”
